Vocational Training / Job Placement Assistance

CHC is happy to serve  and be a part of the community. Our target area of interest is working with at risk teens and providing preventative maintenance for turnkey kids in the, Montgomery River Regions and surrounding  counties.. Our primary product is service to the community through education, job training, and job assistance  through training programs.

CHC plans to  merge with existing Faith Base Organizations and other 501 (3c)  making services available in other counties.

CHC will design specialized training programs to meet the needs of our students and utilize Community Colleges to provide other services of interest

The CHC Program’s key objective is to build relations within the River Regions and surrounding counties by offering competitive programs and services, to increase the rate of high school completion and reduce the rate of having students drop out or having children having babies before adulthood. Our goal is to mount down the barrier of doubt and disbelief in our teams teen and helping them further their education and become gainfully employed. CHC will build a strong and dynamic relations within the River Region and surrounding counties personally building relationship with business in the community and providing our students the necessary skills and training to acquire employment. We will sustain the growth of our CO – OP program by joining forces with businesses throughout the surrounding counties.

CHC program’s specializes in educational & vocational services with our community outreach program. Our programs strive for excellence by truly preparing our students to enter into the workforce and pursue realistic goals. They will work at their on paste to meet the requirements and achieve the skills to perform the duties of their career choice.

Currently Montgomery County School has several vocational programs which are located in there Magnet Schools, a student have a B average or better to have the opportunity to attend Magnet School and they must apply and  be selected, the students attending Magnet School will most likely attended college and pursue professional careers  and they will not be a part of the skilled  workforce.

In this city 80 % of the students with the greatest need are being overlooked and suppressed by the lack of foresight, which has taken all of the vocational programs away from where they would truly serve the greater good. This has lead to dropouts, teen pregnancies and our youth feeling that no one cares what happens to them. In addition, adolescents in care of the  state have been separated from their families  carries an added burden . A lot of  the youth with disability in the State of Alabama are drowning with no life line in sight due to NCLB,  now let just add the number 1 Advocate” The Parent”. The schools can only be effective when everyone buys in. One of the biggest problems for public schools is no parent participation, but schools that have positive outcomes like the magnet schools have parents involved with their child development.  Schools have taken this opportunity to further manipulate and  push away children with disability. Here at CHC, we’re trying to offset the lack of opportunity by providing them an environment that is loving, caring, nurturing, promoting a positive attitude, building self-esteem  through positive innovative programs and job placement.

CHC  technical programs were designed to meet the core values of Learning for life

Information Technology Training will build their self-esteem, and place them in a positive, nurturing environment; helping our youth set realistic goals; understanding job requirements through the use of computer technology. This type of training is known to have a positive effect on students emotionally an academic in English, History, Math and Literature. During this type of training student's become more successful and  return to school and seek a higher degree of education.

Learning for life focus on students who got lost in the government communication breakdown for children with disability, children that have made mistakes or just got lost in the world of early childhood development who all deserve a second chance.

All of our programs are self-paced and prepare our students for the real world. CHC will assist students in acquiring additional training through community college program to prepare them with real life job skills.

All participants will sign daily sign in sheets, and  CHC will record measurable training progress with signing off on training accomplishments along with our projected favorable work outcome with the community partnership program.
